St. George's, Tower Estate, Ornamental Flower Garden
Depart the pier for the short drive to the Tower Estate, a unique property that includes an historic, 112-year-old, Victorian-style Great House with a lush, tropical, approximately 1.5-acre (about 0.6-hectare) flower garden perched atop a small peak in the Parish of St. George. Upon arrival, take a guided tour of the flower garden. Many of the ornamental plants displayed here are included in Grenada's gold, award-winning exhibit at the annual Chelsea Flower Show. After exploring these exquisite gardens, proceed to the Great House.

Built in 1913, the magnificent, stone-and-wood Great House is nestled within the beautifully landscaped gardens, and surrounded by tropical flowering trees, shrubs, vegetables, fruit trees, and the island's world-renowned array of spices. The Great House has been the home of the Slinger Family since the mid-1940s.
Upon arrival, take a guided walking tour of the Great House.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 200 yards (about 183 metres), at times over uneven, slippery and muddy surfaces, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and 15 steps at the Great House. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear lightweight, comfortable clothing with long-sleeved shirts and flat, closed-toe walking shoes, and bring sun protection and local currency for purchases from the ship. The tour sequence may vary. Space on this tour is very limited; we suggest you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
