Estate Visit & Garden Harvest

Upon arrival at the estate, enjoy a guided visit of the organic vegetable garden. Learn about the seasonal produce and herbs cultivated here, and hand-pick some of the fresh ingredients that will later be used in the cooking workshop.

Hands-On Cooking Workshop

Led by a professional local chef, take part in a hands-on culinary session to prepare authentic regional recipes, including a traditional rice dish, The paella. Working in small groups, guests will cook with freshly harvested ingredients, discovering the traditions and techniques that make Cartagena’s cuisine so unique.

Tasting & Celebration

After the workshop, sit down in a relaxed, open-air setting to enjoy the dishes you’ve created, paired with local wines, soft drinks, and background music. Each guest will also receive a recipe booklet and a small gift as a lasting souvenir of this memorable day.
