Upon arrival to the vibrant Monastiraki neighborhood in the old town of Athens, head to a much-loved bakery and learn how to make traditional Greek dishes. Meet an experienced local chef and begin with an overview of the dishes you will be creating during your class as well as an introduction to the tantalizing world of Greek cuisine. Then, set to work preparing and cooking a traditional 3-course meal with the chef close by to show you the correct techniques. Dishes vary but typically include Greek delights like tzatziki and galaktompoureko (creamy custard pie). When the food is ready, head up onto a roof patio nearby to enjoy the food you and your fellow foodies have prepared while taking in unbeatable views of the Acropolis of Athens, the UNESCO-listed jewel in Athens' crown.

Your evening experience concludes with a transfer back to the pier.
