Excursion Lefse baking at Øvre-eide farm tour at Bergen

Just five minutes from the heart of Bergen, this idyllic farm offers the perfect countryside escape. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with a tour of the farm, where you’ll get to meet the friendly animals. The highlight of your visit is an immersive, hands-on experience in baking traditional Norwegian sweet lefser, guided by the farm’s expert cook.

As you learn the art of crafting these beloved pancake like lefse, you'll also enjoy a selection of beverages including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and fresh fruit juices, alongside delicious almond cakes made by the farm's own pastry chef.

At the end of the session, you’ll receive a certificate to commemorate your new baking skills and, of course, take home the lefser you created. The tour concludes with the short drive back to Bergen and the pier.
