A photo stop is made at Ladies View, perhaps the best place for spectacular panoramic views over the Kerry landscape and beautiful Lakes of Killarney.
Killarney National Park and Muckross House & Gardens
Next, head to Muckross House & Gardens. Located within Killarney National Park, this magnificent Victorian mansion is one of Ireland's leading stately homes. Upon arrival, take a guided walking tour of Muckross House & Gardens. The elegantly furnished rooms portray the lifestyles of the landed gentry, whilst downstairs in the basement you can experience the working conditions of the servants once employed in the house.
Killarney Town, Lunch, and Free Time
Following your tour, re-board your coach for the short drive to the heart of Killarney Town, and proceed for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, some free time is made available to explore this charming town. Killarney is the touchstone against which all other beautiful locales in Ireland are popularly measured. It features a charming landscape of lakes, wooded vales, rolling sandstone hills and rich green pastures. Monarchs, poets, artists, writers, and composers have visited, and been inspired by, the unique and unsurpassed beauty of the region.
Kenmare and Free Time
Leaving Killarney Town, re-board your coach and drive to Kenmare. Upon arrival, some free time is made available to explore this lovely, quaint Irish village. At the conclusion of your visit, re-board your coach and commence the approximately 75-minute drive back to the pier
