After the feast, a dance in eighteenth-century costume unfolds, guided by the era’s codes of behavior and communication. The evening tells a tale of dance, elegance, and seduction, weaving in the period’s dance cards, invitations, and music scores, alongside Casanova's observations on the subject.

Casanova Tribute Behind Closed Doors

For one enchanting evening, the Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista closes its doors to the public. Inside, baroque performances, exquisite libations, and a historical supper pay tribute to Casanova, Venice’s most notorious lover. Special notes: Suggested to wear formal masquarade attire, comfortable walking shoes; General walking information includes cobblestones, approx 150meters, 3-4 minutes walk from the boat to the venue. There is approximately 30 steps at the venue entrance, no elevator/lift available.  This is no wheelchair accessible. Public restroom facilities available at the Marittima pier and at the venue.
