Get your hands wet pulling up crab pots from the abundant waters surrounding historic George Inlet Lodge. Breathe in the fresh air and spectacular scenery as your naturalist and captain shares stories and the history of this magnificent waterway.

After you've finished fishing, feast on Dungeness crab. Enjoy this well-earned meal within a rustic, yet elegant setting surrounded by the awe-inspiring Tongass National Forest.

Please note: This excursion is suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests in wheelchairs. There are 79 steps down to the boat departure point but these can be avoided with a service van. Please note that only one wheelchair is available on site, so please communicate in advance with staff if this will be needed. Warm layered clothing appropiate for the weather and comfortable shoes are recommended. Wildlife sightings are common but not guaranteed.
