Mr. Radojkovic comes from a long line of olive growers, but, after having lived and worked in Zagreb for several decades, he returned to his native island of Hvar and the olive cultivation was sparked. His family’s tradition continues to this day, with 450 olive trees under cultivation. Upon arrival, meet the owners and take a guided tour of the olive mill. Along the way, learn about its history of olive oil production here, then take a stroll through the exquisite ‘Garden of Eden’ and marvel at your beautiful surrounds. Afterward, proceed for tasting of five extra virgin olive oils paired with cheese, bread, anchovies, and ice cream.

Afterward, re-board your coach for the drive to Hvar town. Upon arrival, a short walk brings you back to the pier.
