Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately 45-minute drive to Pattaya, a bustling, popular beach on the Gulf of Thailand. Upon arrival, a visit is made to a large fresh market offering a wide array of local products, including fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, seafood, and prepared dishes. Following your fresh market visit, re-board your coach and continue on to the nearby Dusit Thani Pattaya Resort.

Located on North Pattaya Beach, the Dusit Thani Pattaya Resort is a luxury beachfront resort nestled amidst a tropical garden and boasts stunning panoramic views over Pattaya Bay. Your chef greets your arrival, then escorts you on a guided tour of the D-Jai Farm. Located on the grounds of the resort, this organic farm cultivates organic vegetables to be transformed into wholesome and sustainable meals served in the resort’s dining room. Along the way, see and learn about the vegetable planting and organic fertilisation processes, then help pick some ingredients from the farm for your cooking class.

Next, learn the secrets to preparing sumptuous Thai cuisine during an interactive cooking class at the resort. Utilising the freshly-picked ingredients from your farm visit and expert instruction from your chef, help create a pair of popular Thai dishes, Pad Thai Goong (fried noodles with prawns) and Tom Yum Goong (spicy and sour soup with prawns). Following your cooking class, you are served a lunch consisting of the meals you have helped to prepare, with refreshments provided by the restaurant and accompanied by a breath-taking view over Pattaya Bay. After lunch, re-board your coach and commence the approximately one-hour drive back to the pier via Pattaya Beach Road.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 327 yards (about 300 metres), at times over uneven, natural, and cobblestone surfaces, with three-four steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and 20 steps at the Dusit Thani Pattaya Resort. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests must be at least 18 years old to be served alcoholic beverages. Additional food and beverages are available at each guest’s own expense. The cooking class venue is air-cooled. Operation of this tour is subject to weather conditions.
