Excursion Early morning market tour with regional breakfast tour at Manaus

Leaving the port by motorcoaches driving to Banana Market, where you will be able to see countless fruits that are available in the city and are locally produced. Continue walking through the Municipal Modern Market, you will be able to observe, the diversity of vegetables, meat, and fish locally available. Market activities take place daily from 5am until 5:00pm, throughout the year, closing only on the 1st of January of each year.

Continuing the walk, we will arrive at the Adolpho Lisboa Market where you will be able to see the numerous pharmacies of natural products such as herbs, leaves and pieces of trees for teas, in addition to an infinity of local handicrafts. In these markets we find fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, poultry, shrimps, regional cheeses, typical spices from the Amazon, edible vegetables, natural remedies, hammocks, clay, and iron pots.

During the tour, we will taste a delicious local breakfast typical of the Amazon with different culinary specialties. After a breakfast at Adolpho Lisboa Market return to the port.

Please note: A moderate amount of walking and standing for approximately 2 km (1.24 miles), over uneven grounds and with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and local markets. Visiting Musa Tower with 242 steps is at the discretion of each guest. Light clothing and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
