Depart the pier for the approximately 0.3-mile (about 0.5-kilometre) walk to the fishing boat dock. Upon arrival, meet your captain, embark your awaiting, comfortable fishing boat, and receive your safety and tour instructions and gear. Afterward, put your angling skills to the test on this exciting, approximately 3.75-hour, small-group fishing charter off Victoria's coast. Leaving the dock, set off for some of the captain’s prime fishing spots and reel in prized catches using top-of-the-line rods, reels, and tackle, along with expert assistance from your captain. The deep, blue waters off Vancouver Island are known as a great location to catch saltwater species including ling cod, rock fish, and several types of wild salmon.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 0.6 miles (about one kilometer), at times over uneven surfaces and inclines, with a few steps to negotiate to embark/disembark the boat. This tour is recommended for guests who are in good physical condition. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests must be at least 19 years old to be served alcoholic beverages. Safety and fishing equipment, bait, and tackle are included.
