Île Quarry
Departing from the Havre-Saint-Pierre marina, this special sea excursion aboard a boat will lead you to Île Quarry. Once on Île Quarry, hike the loop trail with a Parks Canada guide. Discover a natural botanical garden as you walk past a wide variety of habitats such as shoreline, boreal forest, peat bogs, barrens, and cliffs. This island is also home to a former sea cliff, now concealed within the boreal forest. Walk to Anse des Érosions where monoliths, referred to as "flower pots", resist the ravage of time and erosion.
At the conclusion of your visit, take a short walk to get back to the boat and enjoy the scenery as you cruise back along the archipelago to return to your ship.

Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of walking approximately 1.5 miles (2.9 kilometres) on a well-developed loop trail and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or those who utilise a wheelchair. Dressing according to the weather; sturdy shoes (no sandals); a windbreaker and appropriate outdoor clothing is recommended. The type of fauna and flora seen during the tour depends on the season. Guests are advised to bring water from the ship.
