Scenic Drive and Kabira Bay
Depart the pier and enjoy a scenic drive across Ishigaki Island en route to the island’s most celebrated natural attraction, Kabira Bay. Upon arrival, board a glass-bottom boat for a unique viewing experience that reveals the vibrant marine life and colorful coral formations beneath the crystal-clear waters—without getting wet. After the boat ride, enjoy free time to stroll along the shoreline, take photographs of the emerald-green bay and white sands, or simply relax and absorb the tranquil surroundings.
Minsa Craft Center
Re-board the coach and continue to the Minsa Craft Center, dedicated to preserving the traditional Minsa weaving technique unique to the Yaeyama Islands. During your visit, participate in a hands-on hand-weaving experience and learn about the cultural symbolism woven into these textiles. You will also have time to visit the gallery and browse the gift shop for locally made crafts and souvenirs. Following your visit, re-board the coach and enjoy a short drive back to the pier.
