Explore the diverse architecture, cultures and landmarks of Kuala Lumpur during this scenic city tour.
Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately 90-minute drive to the New King Palace, the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. The palace opened in 2011 and replaced the old king palace which was located at a different compound in central Kuala Lumpur.
National Mosque and Old Railway Station
Next, you will proceed to National Mosque, built in 1965, shortly after Malaysia's declaration of independence, its 73 meter minaret and "blue umbrella" roof are distinctive an impressive. One of the largest mosque in Asia, it is situated among 13 acres of gardens, reflecting pools and fountains.
After strolling through the mosque grounds, walk over to the Old railway Station, a Moorish style structure that contains a small museum dedicated to the history of Malaysian railways.
Independence Square
Continue, you will have an opportunity to have a photo stop at Independence Square. The former site of the Royal Selangor Club, Independence Square Overlooks the main historical buildings of the city.
KL Tower
After Lunch, your tour concludes with a visit to KL Tower. Upon arrival, proceed to the Observation Deck for breath-taking panoramic views of the city.
Following your visit, re-board the coach and commence the approximately one hour drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour requires a moderate amount of walking for approximately 765 yards (about 700 metres), with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and ten steps at the sites visited. This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility and those who utilise a wheelchair, able to embark/disembark the coach without assistance. Lightweight, comfortable clothing, flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection are recommended. The drive from Port Klang to Kuala Lumpur is approximately one hour in each direction. Local traffic conditions can cause traffic jams and therefore delays in the driving time for up to 1 hour. The order of sites seen may vary. This tour does not enter the Petronas Towers.
