IMPORTANT NOTE:

This Silver Shore Mid-Land Adventure requires advance booking through Silversea Reservations no later than 90 days prior to the sail date. Requests received after this date may be accommodated on a space-available basis. Tickets are available in limited quantities, and participation cannot be guaranteed for those guests not booking well in advance. A minimum number of participants is required to operate this programme. If this minimum number is not met, Silversea reserves the right to offer the programme at a different rate based on private arrangements, or to cancel the specific departure. Cancellation fee, unless otherwise advised, 90 - 0 days prior to the initial sailing date: 100% of the programme fare per person is due.

Payment-in-full is due within 120 days prior to sailing. Booking made within 120 days of sailing require full payment within seven days of booking or sooner, as specified by Silversea. Onboard Spending Credit may not be applied to the purchase of this programme.

All Land Adventure fares are subject to change, and not guaranteed until payment is received in full by Silversea. All Land Adventures are non-transferable, and non-refundable, within 90 days of sailing. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. All Land Adventures are owned by independent contractors, and Silversea makes no representations and assumes no responsibility for the services provided by these operators. Land Adventures may be modified by the operators at their sole discretion.

VISA INFORMATION:

Guests must be in possession of Indian visa obtained prior to joining the cruise. It is the responsibility of each guest to obtain all appropriate visas for New Zealand and Australia before cruising.

LOCAL CURRENCY:

The local currency is New Zealand Dollar; credit cards are accepted; local ATMs are available in most locations visited.

LUGGAGE INFORMATION

Guests are entitled to one check-in and one carry-on luggage.

Check-In luggage allowance: 1 piece up to 23kg/50lbs.

Carry-on luggage allowance: 1 piece, up to 7kg/15lbs.

Each piece of cabin baggage must be able to fit securely in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you. If your cabin baggage exceeds the allowed limits, it will need to be checked in, and additional charges may apply if the combined weight or number of pieces exceeds your free baggage allowance. ?

DAY ONE- Wednesday, February 25, 2026 - Auckland, Queenstown

Start your day with a delicious breakfast onboard, then embark on a private transfer to Auckland Airport for your morning flight to Queenstown, a breathtaking alpine town nestled in New Zealand's majestic South Island.

Upon arrival, your journey continues with a scenic drive to the historic gold mining village of Arrowtown, where charming streets and buildings evoke a bygone era.

 

Savor a leisurely lunch at the Postmasters Restaurant, followed by a stroll through the village's quaint streets and a visit to the restored Chinese Mining Village, a poignant reminder of the area's rich 19th-century heritage.

After exploring Arrowtown, head back to Queenstown for a brief sightseeing tour of this picturesque lakeside town. Then, check in to the Rees Hotel, where comfort meets panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. Take some time to unwind and enjoy the hotel’s premium amenities.

Following the visit to Arrowtown embark on your transportation for a sightseeing tour of Queenstown.

In the late afternoon check in to the Rees Hotel in Queenstown followed by some leisure time to unpack, relax and enjoy the views and hotel's facilities.

In the evening, delight in a fine dining experience at True South Restaurant, known for its seasonal and local cuisine.

DAY TWO - Thursday, February 26, 2026 - Milford Sounds

Embark on an unforgettable adventure to Milford Sound, one of New Zealand's most breathtaking natural wonders. Take to the skies on a helicopter journey or scenic flight (depending on the group size), soaring across the majestic landscapes of Fiordland National Park. As you arrive at Milford Sound, board a serene cruise that glides through the majestic fjord, surrounded by towering cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and crystal-clear waters. Savor a light boxed lunch on board while taking in the awe-inspiring scenery.

Return to Queenstown via a different flight route, providing a new perspective on the stunning terrain. After arriving back at the airport, a private transfer will take you to the hotel, where you can unwind and refresh  in preparation for a leisurely afternoon in Queenstown.

Later this afternoon browse the vibrant town center's shops, stroll along the picturesque lakefront, or simply soak up the atmosphere.

Dinner is at your leisure this evening, with a private transfer back to the hotel.

DAY THREE- Friday, February 27, 2026 - Gondola, TSS Earnslaw

Start your day with a leisurely breakfast at the Rees Hotel, followed by a private transfer into Queenstown.

The morning is yours to enjoy at your own pace - relax by the lake, explore local shops, or pursue an optional activity of your choice.

Later in the morning, gather for a short transfer to the Skyline Gondola. Ride up to Bob’s Peak where breathtaking panoramic views of Queenstown and the Remarkables mountain range await. At the summit, enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with the stunning scenery as your backdrop.

After taking in the views, ride the gondola back down and return to the hotel for some downtime.

Later, private transfer takes you back into central Queenstown to board the historic steamship TSS Earnslaw for a picturesque cruise across Lake Whakatipu to Walter Peak High Country Farm.

Upon arrival at the farm, indulge in a lakeside buffet dinner at the charming Homestead Restaurant, featuring locally sourced produce and a warm, rustic atmosphere.

The evening's entertainment continues with a delightful farm show, showcasing the skills of sheepdogs and the region's rural traditions. After a memorable evening on the lake, transfer back to the Rees Hotel.

DAY FOUR - Saturday, February 28, 2026 - Glenorchy , Auckland

After breakfast at the Rees Hotel, check out and embark on a scenic journey to the enchanting settlement of Glenorchy, renowned for its breathtaking beauty and rich history.

Often described as one of New Zealand’s most picturesque drives, the route offers stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. Nestled at the northern tip of the lake, Glenorchy is rich in history and cinematic beauty—well known as a filming location for The Lord of the Rings and as home to some of the region’s earliest settlers.

Take time to explore this idyllic setting, and indulge in a delicious lunch at a local café.

As the afternoon unfolds, return to Queenstown and transfer to the airport for your flight back to Auckland.

Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to the Cordis Hotel where you will stay for 1 night.

Evening and dinner at leisure.

DAY FIVE - Sunday March 1,2026 - Hobart

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Cordis Hotel before a private early morning transfer to Auckland International Airport for your direct flight to Hobart, Tasmania.

Upon arrival in Hobart, a private transfer will whisk you away to the Silver Dawn, where you'll rejoin the ship around midday.
