Depart from the port of Cádiz, and after a 45-minutes’ drive to Jerez de la Frontera, you are welcomed into the historic mansion, where you will be introduced to its fascinating legacy. The house exudes an authentic sense of Andalusian heritage. Discover this magnificent 19th-century mansion, once home to a noble wine merchant family, nestled in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera.

Sherry Wine Tasting, Making Your Own Tapas

During this engaging tour, learn more about sherry wines in the mansion’s cellar, and taste two varieties, one dry, and one sweet. Then, prepare traditional Andalusian tapas in a relaxed, warm atmosphere. You will cook and share a delicious meal, fostering a sense of connection with the local culture. The meal will consist of local specialties, which may include Andalusian gazpacho, stuffed mushrooms, gambas al ajillo (prawns with garlic and brandy) and patatas aliñadas (Andalusian potato salad). After the workshop and tasting, re-board your coach and commence the short drive back to the pier.
