The island's natural beauty unfolds as you depart the pier and drive towards the picturesque Paleokastritsa bay. Considered the most beautiful bay on the island because of its evocative landscape, beach of rare beauty protected by gentle hills of pine trees and black rocks that contrast sharply with the turquoise and emerald-green waters of the Ionian Sea.

Ambelonas Winery, Wine Tasting & Greek Meze

Next, continue to the Ambelonas Winery which is famed for its fine wines, organic extra virgin olive oil, and juicy olives. Explore the olive press, and sample the local varieties paired with handmade bread, cheese, olives, and olive oil. Browse the farm shop where you'll find the famous "Ambelonas" local farm products.

Corfu Town & Optional Drop Off

On your way back, drive through picturesque squares of Corfu Town past the Old Fortress, the Palace of St Michael and St George and the Esplanade. Guests will have an option to remain in Corfu Town for self-exploration and take the complimentary shuttle bus back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves a minimal amount of walking for approximately 0.5 miles (about 0.8 kilometres), at times over uneven and cobblestone surfaces, with a several steps to negotiate. It is suitable for guests with limited mobility as the walking in Paleokastritsa Bay and Corfu Town is at the discretion of each guest. Guests are advised to wear lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat walking shoes, and bring sun protection, bottled water and local currency for purchases from the ship. Guests wishing to swim during their free time at Paleokastritsa Bay should wear a swimsuit under a cover-up, and bring a towel from the ship. Guests must be at least 18 years old to be served alcoholic beverages.
