Although best-known for their black colour, black-lip pearl oysters actually have a remarkable palette of colour, from light, creamy white and grey to green, and iridescent peacock to deep black.

Next, re-board your vehicle and head to a local vanilla plantation. Upon arrival, take a guided tour to learn about the tantalising taste and aroma of this local 'black gold'.
