Excursion Saint-Émilion medieval village & wine tour at Bordeaux

Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Classified Saint Emilion region and village, heartland of the Merlot grape. On arrival, your guide will take you for a short orientation around the medieval village. You will visit the main monuments of the town: the Collegiale church and its magnificent cloister from the 12th century, the ramparts (12th), the market place. Strolling on the streets, you will also see the Cadene gate and the King's Tower. Enjoy some free time at leisure for shopping and independent exploration before continuing to the first UNESCO classified region by driving through the vineyards and going to a close by wine estate. Learn about the techniques of wine making and visit the cellars before enjoying a tasting.
