Loen Gondola

Upon arrival at Loen you will board the gondola and ride up the mountain. Within 5 minutes you will reach the top at 1011 meters above sea level. From the top of the mountian enjoy magnificent views over the end of the Nordfjord region and the beginning of the Jostedal Glacier National Park.

You will have approximately 45 minutes of time at your leisure to explore the viewing area, browse the gift shop and enjoy some traditional Norwegian refreshments at your own expense.

Note

Please note: This tour involves a minimal amount of walking, at times over uneven and natural surfaces. Walking at the Loen Gondola top station is at the discretion of each guest. This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear warm, comfortable clothing in layers with flat, closed-toe and non-slip walking shoes, and bring sun protection, a weatherproof jacket, umbrella, bottled water, and credit cards and/or local currency for purchases from the ship.

If the ship is docked in Olden, a coach transfer from Olden to Loen will be included. If the ship is tendering in Loen, the Skylift departure station is located within short walking distance from the tender pier.

Views from the top station are weather dependant and no refund will be given in case of cloudy conditions.
