Discover two of Takamatsu’s most cherished traditions as you begin with an engaging Sanuki udon making experience, followed by a visit to the historic Takamatsu Castle.

Under the guidance of skilled instructors, knead and step on the dough to achieve the perfect elasticity before cutting your own noodles. This enjoyable and interactive session offers insight into the craftsmanship and cultural pride behind one of Japan’s simplest yet most beloved dishes. The highlight is savoring the freshly prepared udon you made yourself.

After lunch, continue to Takamatsu Castle, also known as Tamamo Park, one of Japan’s few castles built directly beside the sea. Stroll through the serene grounds, explore the beautifully maintained gardens, and admire the elegant stone walls and remains of the former keep. As you walk through the site, gain a deeper appreciation of the castle’s role during the feudal era and its strategic position along the Seto Inland Sea.
