Having taken part in other MSC cruises before, this time I noticed a general decline in the overall offer, starting with the food and, above all, the very limited presence of Italian-speaking staff — quite surprising for an Italian company.

Overall, we had a good experience, but there are several aspects that could be improved. At times, it was difficult to find staff members who spoke Italian, and the assistance—especially upon returning—was quite limited. The practical organization could also be better; for example, in Corfu, there was no MSC representative on land to indicate the way back to the ship. Upon return, at the MSC parking area, we had to unload our luggage from the bus ourselves. It would have been appreciated to have some help, especially considering the presence of elderly people. The quality of the food could also be significantly improved.
