Fabulous and impeccable on every occasion
My experience with MSC was positive. The ship was well maintained, with fairly clean environments. The cabin and restaurant staff were always kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The excursions, considering what they offer and the actual time dedicated to each activity, are definitely too expensive, especially for families.
We had a wonderful experience. The services were excellent in every respect, both the cabin service and the bar/buffet/restaurant service.

The ship looks a bit dated, but it has everything you need. The entertainment staff were truly engaging and friendly. Breakfast and lunch at the buffet were very good. The downside was dinner at the restaurant, which was a bit poor and not of great quality. We were used to a higher standard, and perhaps the shows were a little repetitive (too many dance performances). But overall, we liked it!
